Zetor cooperates with the worlds largest front loader manufacturer, Ålö AB
Brno 27 November, 2013 In November ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. concluded an important cooperation agreement with Ålö AB. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of front loaders by Ålö AB, a world leader in this field. Customers will be able to order the ZETOR SYSTEM front loaders starting from January 2014. The cooperation is expected to last three years with the possibility of extension.
We are very pleased to offer our customers front loaders manufactured by the worlds market leader in this segment, Ålö AB. They have convinced us with their experience and quality of front loaders, which was one of the most important criteria for us. We believe that the new front loaders will help increase the utility value of the Zetor tractor as a whole, says Marian Lipovský, Deputy Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. The negotiations with the Swedish supplier, Ålö AB, had been under way since late 2012, adds Lipovský.
One of the biggest advantages of the new front loaders is excellent visibility during operation, solid construction and patented hydraulics.
Within the ZETOR SYSTEM range, customers can order front loaders in two basic model types, Zetor System ZL series (loaders based on the Ålö Versa X series) and Zetor System ZX series (loaders based on the Ålö Trima Plus series). The individual types of loaders in these two model series differ mainly by overall size and lifting force. The customer can choose a front loader exactly matching its model of the Zetor tractor, starting from the Zetor Major series, through Proxima to the top-performance series, Forterra. The new front loaders within the ZETOR SYSTEM range will be delivered in the red colour typical of Zetor tractors.
Ålö AB, the worlds leading manufacturer of front loaders, develops and manufactures products under the Quicke and Trima brands. Currently, the company is represented in more than 40 countries, holding a leading position in more than 15 of them.
In 2011, Ålö AB sold approximately 33,000 front loaders and 47,000 pieces of related equipment. The total sales reached CZK 5.9 billion.
